Festival Fabulous ;)

Hello My Lovelies,

Time to dust off those wellies and ready that rucksack because festival season is upon us :) Whether it's dancing at Creamfields, Rocking at Reading or heading overseas to Benicassim, you'll need to have some festival essentials on hand to keep you looking festival fabulous ;)

Preparing your hair beforehand can help give you the basis for easy, low maintenance styling. You can train your hair by not washing it as often as you would, this will give it a chance to build up natural oils and slow down the time it would take for you hair to get greasy. You can also try leaving your hair to dry naturally and practice any styles without the help of straighteners, curling irons and what not.

Accessories can be the perfect cover up and will distract the eye from any hair disasters. Add a scarf to your bag just in case of any emergencies. You can either tie it around your head or if you want an on-trend style you can try weaving it into a plait :) Their are tones of hair accessories on the high street that you can get yours hands on. However, the trusty cover up any bad hair day is your trusty trilby or straw hat to finish off any festival outfit and it also helps protect you against the sun, double whammy their ;)

Try to avoid product overload and keep it simple, by adding to much product your hair will become greasy in now time. Try using a sea salt spray instead for texture, this will slightly dry the hair helping you got the extra day without needing to wash it. Or their is our trusty friend the 'Dry Shampoo' which i know i cannot live without!! Spray a whole load of that on before bead, perhaps a mixture with the sea salt spray, plait or twist hair before your head hits your pillow for instant waves the next morning.

If you fancy trying something different why not add some temporary colour to your hair to brighten things up a bit. The celebrities are doing so take some inspiration from them, either grab some hair dye or some art pastels and get colouring :) personally i haven't dyed my hair for sooo many years now, like literally over 5 years but it's personal preference if you want to rock some colour :)

Make sure you pamper your hair when you get home to bring it back to it's best. If you find hair feeling dry and lacking shine, try an intensive conditioner overnight to encourage shine and moisture.

4 Festival Beauty Must Haves

1) Dry Shampoo

Take a travel sized to keep your rucksack light. Spray through roots for a hair boost, and gently shake hair upside down to give more volume. I don't know about you but i have a lot of hair and it's super thick so i may have to you a full sized bottle, depends on the time your there. Batiste is a personal favorite :)

2) Wet Wipes

OMG, wet wipes are an essential for any festival goer, perfect for keeping clean when things get a little too muddy. You can get some really cute packages one like them cupcake ones :D

3) Sun Cream

Festivals may be notorious for rain, but don't forget festivals don't have a lot of shelter either, so if the sun comes out make sure your protected :)

4) Vaseline

A true multi-tasker. It calms frizzy flyaways, tames eyebrows, nourishes eyelashes and keeps lips luscious.

Hope you enjoyed this fun festival post :) let me know if your off to any festivals this year!

Lots of Love

NEW Shoes Haul :D

Hello My Lovelies,

Today i ran quite a few errands, sorting out some Business, University & Family situations :) went for a nice long walk with my Mum and Dog Bella and went to go so one of my mums friends about something exciting for 'Sophia With Love' all will be revealed soon!

So after we went to meet my mums friend we went to this local shoe store / factory right opposite where they sell on trend and fashionable shoes that you can find on Missguided, Boohoo, Topshop and so on. So i thought i'd do a quick post about my new shoes and see what you all though :)

I both of the above pairs in the same style except different colours. I think Black shoes are a must n your wardrobe as they go with pretty much about anything. I love my Black wedged booties soooo much that i opted to get these wedges heels and i love them! I also opted to get a Nude pair because i also think it's a staple colour to have in your wardrobe as they are both very versatile. They were both £16 which i though was ahhh-mazinggg considering you would pay at least double that online or in store on the high street.

When i saw this pair i actually squealed in the store, crazy i know. I've seen the 'Flatform' style around a lot lately and to be honest i'm not 100% sure about how i feel about it, however, i bought this beautiful dress for my 'Paris Trip' which i will blog about very soon and i think these are the perfect shoes. As part of the trip we're having dinner on this extravagant boat which also tours you around Paris and it states you cannot wear trainers or jeans otherwise you will not be allowed on board. So me and my cousin saw this as a excuse to go all out :) I opted for the classic Nude shade as it will go with my dress beautifully and many other outfits. I though that Black looked a little too harsh on me, however, if i enjoy wearing these i might just have to go back and get the Black pair :L you can never have enough shoes :D

Let me know what you think about the shoes and any suggestions for outfits, i love hearing about everyones different styles :D

Lots of Love

Boohoo.com Haul

Hello My Lovelies,

I think it was in my last post that i said i'd been doing some online shopping recently, well, one of my packages arrived this morning. I could wait to rip open the package and try everything. I can honestly say i love every single piece and they will be accompanying me on my holiday in a few weeks :D

I did get a text from 'Missguided' stating that my order would arrive today between 8am and 6pm so when that arrives i'll be sure to do a post on that also.

So, this post is dedicated to my 'Boohoo.com' Haul :) All of the items on their website were considerably reasonable, very on trend and i loved everything! I was in two minds of buying some shoes but that's a whole other blog post all together haha

One of the advantages of being a student is the fact i can use my student cards for discounts and Boohoo are currently doing 10% student discount.

The first item i got was the 'Grace Leopard Cross Print Drop Hem Tank in Black' with my student discount this worked out at £7.20 which i though was great because this is the kind of top you'd find in Topshop for double that price :) I've wanted some 'Cross' clothes for sooo long now and i finally decided to get some :D I can't wait to wear this with the shorts i purchased which you'll see later on!

Please excuse the fact that this top is super creased haha it's making me all OCD right now :L i just grabbed everything and took photos straight away :D This is the second item i got and is called the 'Becky Cross Print Tank in Cream' i chose to get this one in cream rather than black because i got the previous cross top in black however, i love it sooo much that i might just have to get the other one :) Like the previous top this worked out with my student discount at £7.20

OMG i think i'm actually in love with these shorts, when i saw them i knew i just had to get them :) i'd be lusting over some distressed and studded shorts forever now so finally took the plunge.  I have to say they look AHH-MAZINGGG on and are very faltering which is always a plus ;) These are called the 'Mercedes Studded Denim Hotpants in Blue' and these worked out with my student discount at £18.00 :) which yet again is great because something like this in Topshop would be double that price :)

Like probably everything else in this Haul i'd been lusting over some stripy jeans for so long now. I just purchased a stripy Blazer which you can see in my latest Primark Haul and i love it. I wore it out and i got soooo many compliments on it and how it didn't look like it was purchased from Primark. I also posted an OOTN for my cousin a while back and she had some yellow toned black striped skinny jeans on and when i saw what they were like on her i had to get myself a pair. So these are the 'Georgie Striped Skinny Jeans in Black' they did so many other colours which reminded me of a vintage sweet shop but i thought i could wear black a lot more :) So with my student discount these worked out at £22.50 :)

The last item i got was this 'Sabine Studded Front Bodycon Skirt in Black' with my student discount this worked out at £13.50. This is the only item i'm not 100% sure about whether i should keep it or not. It does look lovely on but i'm not sure what i would wear with it so please please please leave me some suggestions in the comments :D i would really appreciate it!

As a little added extra i wanted to share with you something i got really excited about this morning, sad i know haha i got a Retweet from 'BOOHOO' you can see in the picture that i'm on their homepage! I've been using both my personal account which is 'SophiaMeola' and also my Boutiques account which is 'SophiaWithLove1' which you can see in the picture :D I do have a wide range of celebrities following me on twitter band i love it when i get new followers, favorites and retweets so i had to share this with you! :)

Anyways, thanks for stopping by and taking the time to read through my Boohoo Haul :) Pretty please leave me some suggestions for the Black Studded skirt, i would really appreciate it!

Lots Of Love

Marie Claire Free Ciate Nail Polish

Hello My Lovelies,

So i've been out near enough all day doing some errands and i couldn't help myself when i saw July's issue of Marie Claire. I usually fluctuate between magazines but as soon as i saw they were doing a Free Ciate Nail Polish with this issue i was instantly sold. I can't resist a good ol' freebie haha. Last week my mum got me the Glamour Magazine with the Free Benefit items, i think it's such a great way to try products before totally committing to the full sized products and not being able to return them :)

Where i picked up my copy of this magazine they only had the Pink shade available, however, i didn't really mind because it's a beautiful bright pink shade which has slight blue iridescence to it, which is very similar to China Glaze 'Pink Voltage (Neon) which is a favorite of mine :) this particular pink shade from Ciate is called 'Jelly Bean' how cute :3 I believe the other shades that are available are a Nude/Peach shade and also a Lilac shade :)

I have yet to try it but as soon as i do i will post a swatch for you guys!

It has become a little routine of ours that we walk down to our local marina with Bella (My yorkshire Terrier) and we go feed the ducks! At the moment their are loads of baby swans, geese and ducks about and they are soooo cute! So i took a photo for you guys all to see...

I have taken some other photos but their on my Instagram - SophiaMeola & also my Boutiques Instagram - SophiaWithLove

I've also been doing a lot of online shopping recently, on Missguided, Boohoo & Missselfridge so look out for a Haul on that :) i'm trying to find the perfect outfit for my trip to Paris which i won through 'The Impulse Diaries' on Facebook. I have a lot more information on that which i can't wait to tell you all :) i can't wait to go back to Paris!

Speak Soon!

Miss Selfridge Cream Skirt With Neon Embellishment

Hello My Lovelies,

I always have a 'To Do' list of posts that i want to write and i am slowly getting through them. I've been working all weekend and i am absolutely exhausted so i thought i'd write a short bust sweet post which i hope you'd all like :)

So, it must be a good few weeks ago now that i went into town to buy one of my bosses a birthday present. I did do a post about it and i think it's in the May tab on the side. Anyways, i casually went into Miss Selfridges to see if their was anything in their that i could buy as a gift, i saw that they had a sale on and who can't resist a good ol' sale :)

Yes, this is an 'Instagram' photo haha i posted it as soon as i got home :) if you have Instagram please follow me :) i'll follow you back! - 'SophiaMeola' <--

Browsing through the racks me and my mum came across this skirt, it was a beautiful cream skater style dress with neon embellishment along the bottom. It's the perfect Summer skirt which i have already placed in my Holiday pile for my hand full of lovely holidays coming up :)

The best part is i got it for an absolutely steal! I can't remember the full price because it's no longer available on the website in the sale, i think it must have sold out. However, it is a 50% sale so i'm guessing it was around £20 maybe a tad bit more. It was in the sale for £10 and then i still got to use my Student Discount of 10% on top of that also, which was another £1 so a round total of £9 :) which i thought was pretty good for a Miss Selfridge Skirt :D

So that's my super quick post for the day :) i will get into it more now, however i'm going into work with my Dad again Tuesday to sort out the finishing touches on the 'Sophia With Love' website and i'm also working Wednesday at one of my other jobs but i'll have plenty of time to post inbetween :D

Happy Blogging & Reading Lovelies!

MAC CCO HAUL

Hello My Lovelies,

Long time no blog, right?! I feel like i've been writing this blog post forever haha i'm like typing and watching the Euro at the same time :L

So last Wednesday i went to work with my Dad for the day, just to help him out a bit and also to get some more work done on my Boutiques website. I've been working with him a lot the last few weeks, it's great experience and i love going in :) I was told yesterday that i website should be finished within a few weeks, fingers crossed this is more accurate as it seems like it's been dragging on forever haha I've been adding loads of new items to our facebook page if you want to go check that out :)

So after work one day me and my Dad took a trip up to Bicester Village, i hadn't been for a good few months and was in dire need to go because i absolutely LOVE their CCO, Jack Wills, UGG and so on.
I went into UGG and set my heart on these sequined UGG Boots and they didn't have my size :( BOO!!

Anyways, i have a Haul here for you from when i sent into the CCO (Cosmetic Company Outlet). Theirs always tones of MAC, Bobbi Brown & Clinique Items <3

I got 2 Palette Eyeshadows Aqua & Shroom. I didn't realise but i actually had Shroom already so i have a spare haha or i may decide to sell it on :) I believe the Aqua eyeshadow was from the 'Dare To Wear' collection. I have a few MAC Palettes so i can't wait to add them to my collection.
I think they've gone up again on the website, i'm sure they used to be £9 but the website states £10 so we'll go by that haha I got these for £7 each so a lovely £6 saving :)

I also Love Love Loveee it when i can get my hands on Limited Edition items! I remember one of my first trips to the Bicester Village CCO i managed to get my hands on a load of 'Hello Kitty Items' literally was like a kid in a sweet shop haha
Both of these Mineralized Eyeshadows were from Christmas 2011 from their 'Glitter & Ice' Collection <3

MAC Mineralized Eyeshadow in 'Shimmermint' is an absolutely stunning mint colour which is sooo on trend right now :) I'm a sucker for anything pastel at the moment :)

MAC Mineralized Eyeshadow in 'Snow Season' is a beautiful nude shade with hints of blue and purple. I used this today and i have to say it's stunning on, very natural but gives an edge to the eye.

As you can probably tell, i have a bit of a trend going on here, my two Palette shadows were Nude & Mint and now these two eyeshadows are Nude & Mint haha I just looked on the MAC website and Mineralized Eyeshadows are £16.50 and i got these for £11.75 with a total saving of £9.50 which is amazing!

I then got my hands on one of their 'Big Bounce Eyeshadows' i don't think these are available anymore. I absolutely loved this colour and knew i had to snatch it up whilst i could :) I know their was a lot of speculation about this product an how it creased for a lot of people and so on but i thought i'd give it a go and see how it worked for me :) It's a stunning Mink colour which i LOVE :D I can't find a precise price for these but i'm sure they would have been around £12 maybe a tad more, i got mine for £9.50 which is a saving of £2.50 or so depending on the original price.

I then got this MAC Dazzleglass in 'Lightly Prancing' it's a stunning pink shade with flecks of glitter. Looking on their website i cannot see this particular shade so i assume it was part of a limited edition collection. Dazzleglasses range around £16.50 on the MAC website, i got mine for £10.25 which is a saving of £6.25 which is amazing!! I know i keep saying AMAZING but i LOVE saving money haha on these little Luxuries ;)

The last think i got was this MAC Pro Longwear Lipglass in 'Patience, Please' this shade is still available to get on the MAC website and is also £16.50, however, i got mine for £11.75 which is a saving of £4.75. This shade is very similar to the Dazzleglass above, however, their are no glitter flecks in this formula. It's a lovely shade of pink which is very similar to one of my favorite lipsticks from MAC 'Creme Cup' :D

So My Total Saving From This CCO Trip Was -->

...Drum Roll...

£29

So so happy :) i love a good ol' bargain!

Hope you liked this little post! If you have any questions regarding the CCO (Cosmetic Company Outlet) or anything else please do not hesitate to contact me or write a comment :D

Lots of Love

My Barbie Nails & iPhone Ramble :)

Hello My Lovelies,

This is my 3rd post of the day, i'm so on a roll right now haha, i have an album on my desktop with all recent photos of items i want to pst about and i'm slowly working my way through them. I went town today purely to get my nails done, however, i got distracted and could resist a little shopping as you can see from my other precious posts :)

These are my Barbie Nails :) the bright pink shade is 'Shocking Pink (Neon) by China Glaze & The Glitter is 'Servin' Up Sparkle' by OPI which is an ultimate favorite of mine :D

I absolutely love how my nails have turned out, i'm really loving glitter at the  moment and have had glitter on my nails the past few sessions i've been to have a manicure. I think it looks really pretty and girly. They remind me of 'Barbie Nails' i didn't notice until they were drying and i said to my mum 'They Remind Me Of Barbie' haha and see totally agreed with me :L

I might get questions about my iPhone case :) i recently got a New iPhone 4s, i'm still using my iPhone 3GS however, my contract ended in January and i'm waiting for the iPhone 5 because it's coming out in October so we've been told. However, i dropped my iPhone 3GS down the toilet :/ i know, the funny part was that i wasn't even using anything in the toilet haha So we had to go buy a new one, then me and my Dad got talking about just buying a iPhone 4s in the mean time whilst waiting for the iPhone 5. I'm still using my 3GS on my 02 contract and i'm using my iPhone 4s on a Giff Gaff contract which i have to say is really good :D i'm testing that out for a month to see if everything works well with that and then i'll end my 02 contract and use Giff Gaff constantly. Haha so thats the story at the moment on the iPhone front, i'm living off 2 phones haha

My iPhone case is from a local store near me, however, you can find loads of them on Ebay :)

Hope you liked my Barbie Nail & my little ramble about iPhones haha

Primark Eyelashes Haul

Hello My Lovelies,

I just posted my Primark Blazer Haul Post which you can see HERE <-- :)

A few people have mentioned to me that the Primark Eyelashes are actually really good. They know people who do Beauty at College and University and these are what they use, purely because they're cheap and natural.

Personally, i have never used then before, however, due to everyone raving about them i've decided to give them a go :) So as you can see from the picture above, i purchased two pairs at £1 each.

As you can see from the picture they are very natural looking. Primark do a wide range of lashes, some very extravagant, shall we say which you can tell the quality is not that great, however, these looks very similar to an Eylure set.

I'm thinking i will give them a go this weekend, as i'm out for a friends Birthday so i will definitely do a follow up post about these :) so watch this space ;)

Please stop by my Boutiques Facebook page :D

Primark Blazer Haul

Hello My Lovelies,

That's right, another Primark Haul haha i think it's like my second home or something :L Like i always say in every blog post about Primark, every time i walk through even if it's just to browse, i always end up walking out with something :/ it can be a tad frustrating but when i see something cute, i need it in my life haha

I did purchase a few things today, 3 blazers which i will be showing you, 2 pairs of lashes which will be in another post and also a short sleeve blouse which is identical to another blouse in a past Primark Haul of mine except it's in a 'Mint' colour which i' not going to post about because it's almost the same item in another post haha

Right into the Haul we go,

When i saw this blazer, i think i fell in love haha I'd been lusting over a load of striped clothing from online stores such as Missguided and i could never push myself to actually buying anything, so when i saw this blazer right in front of me walking into the store, it was as if it was a sign :L so how could i resist?? This blazer was £15, the Blazer is great quality, it's light weight and very vivid. I can't wait to wear it this weekend :)

I then caught my sights on to this blazer, as you can see it is a lovely Navy shade with cream detailing and a gold button :) It kind of reminds me of a blazer someone would wear from 'Made In Chelsea'. This blazer was £17, like the other blazer it is very light weight, great quality and very versatile.

The last blazer i got was identical to the previous blazer, however, it is white with cream detailing and a gold button. I though it looked very crisp and fresh, perfect for the summer months, perhaps on top of a dress :) This was also £17, great quality, looks great on, light weight and versatile. I was torn between this blazer and a cream / natural shade but i chose to get his one because i thought i could wear it more, however, i might just have to go back and get that other blazer :L

That is my Primark Blazer Haul, i only went town to get my Nails done, that post will be up soon!

Hope you liked this little post!
