Hello My Lovelies,

About a week or so ago i tweeted that i wanted to get my hands on some ESO Lip Balms but wasn't quite sure where i could get them from in the UK. Pastel Mint Shade - Sweet Mint
Pastel Green Shade - Honeysuckle Honeydew
Yellow - Lemon Drop
Bright Pink - Summer Fruit
Pastel Pink - Strawberry Sorbet

Now to the fun part, what flavours did i order??

There are a few different flavours to choose from but the two that stuck out to me the most were -

Strawberry Sorbet

Sweet Mint

I eventually want to have one of each flavour, they're so adorable, the pastel Pink & Mint looked so cute together :)

The Lip Balms Are...

- Long lasting & moitusrising
- Made with Shea Butter & Vitamin E

- Gluten Free
- Paraben Free

As soon as these babies came through the post i couldn't resist not trying them out straight away. I layered up the Strawberry Sorbet and Mint and they tasted pretty amazing :)

I chose these flavours because Strawberry is an ultimate favorite taste of mine in a wide range of beauty products and it's one of my favorite fruits :D I then chose Sweet Mint because Mint is very refreshing and i heard that Mint is a great natural plumper of the lips...which means i'll have super moisturised a luscious lips ;) perfection haha

NARS Haul

Hello My Lovelies,

This is a very exciting post for me to be writing right now :) Mr Delivery Man dropped of my ASOS order this morning which included my NARS order, YAY!!

Whilst i was in Barcelona on my vacation this summer i stopped by Sephora to get my hand on some goodies to bring home with me. I did a Sephora Haul which you can see HERE :) One of the items i initially wanted to purchase was NARS 'Orgasm' blush but they were sold out :( booo!! The sales assitant told me to try this other department store, much like Debenhams in the UK, but the girls in there had no idea what NARS was?! So i gave up trying to hunt it down on my travels and decided to pick it up from ASOS when i got back, as i can use my Student Card too ;) i saved around £4.95 on this order...lovelyyyy ;)

As you can see i purchased some of NARS's most famous products, Orgasm Blush & Laguna Bronzer

Orgasm Blush

NARS describes Orgasm as a 'Peachy Pink with Shimmer' and it is exactly that. When i was in Sephora the sales assistant tried it on me and it looks really beautiful on the skin. This is a natural healthy looking shade that instantly wakens up your complexion which i adore. It's very buildable, so you could have a light flush for a day to day look or layer it up for a more glamour night time look. It has a very silky texture, NARS uses micronized powders which ensures soft blendable applications, so you know your not going to look like a clown after applying it haha :D

Laguna Bronzer

NARS describes Laguna as a 'Soft Brown with Gold Shimmer'. It's such a beautiful and natural bronzer, definitely up their with my favorites like Benefit Hoola & MAC Refined Golden. It's not a bronzer that'll make you look orange, it's very natural on the skin and gives you the perfect hit of colour you need. This will be the perfect contour colour, i can't wait to use it properly in an upcoming post :) This is such an iconic shade to NARS that its an ideal shade for near enough any skin tone, it's very natural looking, has a beautiful finish and the subtle shimmer helps add a healthy glow to the face :) Just what i need as i've decided my Summer tan MUST last forever haha. I LOVE it :)

Hope you liked my NARS Haul :) i can't wait to start using these products in my next makeup look.

If you have any questions or requests please do not hesitate to contact me or leave a comment below :)

Too Faced - Leopard Love - Complexion Perfection Kit

Hello My Lovelies,

YAY :) So today is Bank Holiday Monday and i've been literally counting down the days so i can have a good ol' rest and not have to get up early for work! I've had a super long sleep and later i'm off for Dinner at my Nonna & Nonnos house (Grandparent) and i can't wait have have a good hearty meal and  relax the rest of the day :)

So, todays post is a review on a 'Too Faced' palette i picked up last year. It's the Leopard Love - Complexion Perfection Palette which comes with 3 different 'Too Face' powder products.

Bronze, Blush and brighten with this all-in-one complezion perfection collection palette which contains 3 purrrrfect shades to complement any pretty kitty's skin tone. Too Faced best selling Pink Leopard shines bright, while two NEW combinations offer a dangerously sexy glow ;)

Initially when i first discovered 'Too Faced' i fell in love with their 'Pink Leopard' powder but after seeing this full palette with 'Peach Leopard', 'Candy Leopard' and 'Pink Leopard' i was instantly sold as it seems a much better value for money.

Peach Leopard - Bronzer

Peach Leopard is a beautiful bronze shade with a hint of peach. This powder has a more matte finish compared to the blush and highlighter as they have more shimmer in them.

Candy Leopard - Blusher

Candy Leopard is a beautiful shimmer combined pink shade which applied looks like the ultimate blush shade.

Pink Leopard - Highlighter

Pink Leopard is a beautiful bronzed shade with hints of pink for that perfect highlighting glow.

The Bronzer is not as pigmented as you hope for in a bronzer but all hope is not lost as it can double up as a beautiful blush or highlighter :) Even though they all have their own specific purpose i believe they could be mixed up and used as blushers and highlighters as the formulas are very light and not as pigmented as other brands. Visually this palette is very stunning. The powders are so pretty and the leopard design gives it some character to their names and 'Too Faced' brand. I think this would be the perfect 'Highlighter' palette as they are all very shimmery and stunning on the skin.

I love the fact that on the back of the palette their is a face chart to show you where to apply each shade. This is perfect for those who are just getting into the whole bronze, blush a highlighter combination and are unsure what to put where :)

Also, you see that little bunny picture in the bottom left hand side of the packaging? This means that this palette is cruelty free which is absolutely amazing :D

Hope you enjoyed this little review, if you have any questions or requests please do not hesitate to contact me or leave a comment below :)

Primark & Benefit Haul

Hello My Lovelies,

So, the last time i actually posted something was Saturday night which seems like agesss ago now. So i thought it was about time i posted something for you guys :) Today after work i went to town and picked up a few things, it was literally a super quick trip grabbing things and running before the shops closed haha

So as you can read from the title of this post i purchased a few items from Primark & Benefit :)

Studded Clutch Bag - £6
Studded Slippers - £12

I have been loving the stud trend lately and decided it was about time i purchased a few more items for my wardrobe :) I'd seen a few other bloggers write about this particular 'Studded Clutch' and thought it was really unique. It's also a great alternative for Topshop's 'Studded Clutch' which is £38, so your saving a whopping £32 <-- pretty nifty huh :D

The same really applies for the 'Studded Slippers' i'd literally been eyeing them up for the longest time, seeing them on Missguided & Boohoo and when i saw them today it was like fate so naturally had to add it to my basket of goodies :) This is also a great alternative for 'Topshop's Studded Slippers' which are £28, so your saving a good £16. Love saving a few pennies where i can, just beens you have an excuse to go shopping again ;)

Disney Bambi Sweater - £10

How cute is this sweater?! Literally when i saw it in store i squealed with excitement haha This was an impulse buy and i can't wait to wear it :)

I then stopped by my local Debenhams store, they've just had a whole change around and brought in some new counters, one of them being Benefit, very excited as i have a tone of makeup from them and i love using it :D I am however disappointed at the fact they havent put a MAC counter there yet, it's so highly requested, hopefully they'll sort it out soon!

Benefit They're Real Mascara - £18.50

I decided to get this mascara because i've literally heard so many amazing reviews on it and you can never have too many mascaras. I love my lashes looking very luscious so thought i would give it a go. I was quite lucky as i had £5 on my Debenhams beauty card so only ended up spending £13.50 - get in ;)
Can't wait to start using this and write a review for you all :)

Thats my super quick haul for you all, hope you liked it :)

Real Techniques Blush Brush & Powder Brush

Hello My Lovelies,

Todays post is a Real Techniques review for you all. These brushes are truly amazing and are definitely up their with my favorites like MAC. I recently purchased the Blush Brush and Powder Brush and posted about it in my recent Haul post. It was highly requested that i do a review on them, so here it is!

My Real Techniques Collection consists of -

- Stippling Brush
- Shading Brush
- Blush Brush
- Powder Blush

The Real Technique brushes i have tried already i  have been incredibly pleased about. They are very soft, pick up products properly and evenly apply my makeup on my face. I love how they all have their own name and use labeled on the handle, but i have found they could also be used for other purposed than specified on the brush. They are also very handy because they are flat at the end of the handle so they could easily stand up on your vanity if your using them or want them on display. They are very sturdy and hard wearing so if you drop them you know they're not going to snap in half :L I adore the colour range they come in from the pink, orange and purple, each colour has a specific meaning -

Pink - Your Finish Perfected
Orange - Your Base Flawless
Purple - Your Eyes Enhanced

Blush Brush

This particular Blush Brush is hand-cut to contour and define cheek for flawlessly blended, high definition results. It is incredibly soft and i love the shape of the bristle itself. It applied my blush beautifully and it looked flawless and very natural. I love how the shape of this brush could be used for a numerous of other purposes. This would also act as a perfect contouring brush as the shape of the brush curves into a point at the tips which would great the perfect chiseled cheek bones and face. I have only used this particular brush with powdered blushers but i have seen online in 'Pixiwoo's' youtube videos that they use a variety of creme and powder blushes with this brush, so it is very versatile.

Powder Brush

This particular Powder Brush evenly applies powders and mineral foundation for smooth, high definition results. I found this brush perfect for applying my face powder and also for applying my beloved Hoola Bronzer all over my face for a sun kissed glow. It picked up the products great and distributed them on my face perfectly not leaving any cakey powder areas which we all hate. Like i said above all brushes have been used for both creme and powdered products in the 'Pixiwoo' youtube videos so that is always a plus, you definitely know they are not going to get damaged on you if you use a creme or powdered product. So they are perfect to use all year round. As the shape of the brush is very large but slightly flat it could be used to apply highligher and to contour and even blush if your in a hurry :) this perfect brush does it all :D

Also a plus is that all the brushes are made from high quality Ultra Plush Synthetic Taklon Bristles which i believe are cruelty free! These are also the same bristles which Urban Decay used on some of their brushes which is great because basically...Your getting an amazing brush, which is cruelty free which is made from high end materials for an incredibly reasonable price - perfection!!

Hope you liked this post, thank you for requesting it! If you have any questions or any other requests please do not hesitate to contact me or leave a comment below :)

Collective Haul - Real Techniques, Revlon, L'Oreal, Essie, OPI, NYX & More

Hello My Lovelies,

I'm back today with a Collective Haul post, i love reading these type of posts and hearing everyones opinions on the products :) I havent done one in a while so though it was about time i posted up some new products i've been lusting over recently and had to purchase :) I will be eventually doing reviews on each products so keep an eye out for them posts if you like what anything i purchased in this haul :)

This is my 3rd attempt at uploading this post, for some reason blogger isn't co-operating with me. I did have a load more photos for this post but they weren't uploading, so i will be doing a full review on each product in the future to let you know what i think and if it's worth the purchase :)

Everything in this particular picture i picked up at a local Boots store.

1) L'Oreal Color Appeal Eyeshadow in #153 'Metal Plum'
2) L'Oreal Color Infaillible Eyeshadow in #015 'Flashback Silver'
3) L'Oreal Color Appeal Eyeshadow in #23 'Golden Shimmer'
4) L'Oreal 'Wing It, Gloss It, Nail It' FREE Gift
5) Real Techniques Blush Brush
6) Real Techniques Powder Brush
7) Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain #015 'Cherish'

To revieve the free L'Oreal Gift you had to spend a minimum of £15 on their products, so i opted to purchased 3 beautiful eyeshadows which i know i will wear. I've seen these being used a lot on youtube and when i saw the opportunity to purchase them i couldn't say no :) The Free Gift came with 2 Nail Polishes, a Liquid Eyeliner & a Lipgloss along with a few samples.

I opted to purchased these 2 Real Technique brushes because i need them both in my collection as i almost have them all now. I went out looking for the 'Core Collection' but they were sold out so i got these two instead. I have a total of 4 now and i love them all, they are very soft and work well with all my makeup products. I will be doing some reviews on them in the near future.

The Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain was definitely something i went out looking to purchase yesterday. I have seen so many reviews on them and they seem lovely so i had to see what the hype was about haha I've been using it for two days now and i love it. The shade i chose was very natural and pinky which i adore and i think the formula has some kind of mint in to plump the lips because i felt something working and i could smell and taste mint which was a pleasant surprise.

Everything in this particular picture i picked up at T K Maxx for an absolute bargain!

1) Essie Nail Polish #688 'Lovie Dovie'
2) Essie Nail Polish #636 'Blushing Bride'
3) Essie Nail Polish #472 (I Think, As Has No Name But This Number)
4) NYX The Runway Collection Palette #01 'Jazz Night'
5) OPI Serena Glam Slam Nail Polishes 'Pros & Bronze' & 'Love Is A Racket'

I still can't believe the bargains i found in T K Maxx, the store closest to me has just introduced makeup products so i always have a sneak peek just in case theirs something i like as they occasionally have some US products which you cannot get hold of in the UK.

The 3 Essie Nail Polishes i got were an absolutely bargain, it was 3 polishes for £9.99 which is great because in Boots they are £7.99 each. I'm not sure whether they are Limited Edition or discontinued shades but i'm really pleased with them. I will do some more research on them and do a full review soon. These are my first Essie Nail Polishes believe it or not and i got all excited when i saw them on the shelf :D

NYX is hard to come by in the UK, i know they now have a UK based website and you can find the occassional item in a River Island store but when i saw this palette sitting on the shelf in T K Maxx it was as if it was fate or something. I have always wanted to try their eyeshadows and now i can :D yay!
This palette was originally £12.50 but i got it for £5.99. Yet again i'm not sure if it is a discontinued palette but i will do a full review soon.

These OPI Nail Polishes are for my Mum but i decided to put them in this post anyways :) we are huge OPI & China Glaze lovers so when we saw this Mum was like 'Right, we'll get that too then' haha was hilarious at the time. We love a good ol' bargain when we can find them :D I believe this was a Limited Edition collection for a few years ago so it's always nice finding Limited Edition items around :) This was originally £20.60 but we got it for £9.99

Hope you liked this quick post! I should be posting again later on about my Giveaway!! If not tonight then definitely tomorrow my lovelies :D If you have any questions or any requests please do not hesitate to contact me or leave a comment below :) i love hearing from my lovely followers :D

Ohhh La La, My Trip To Paris

Hello My Lovelies,

It's been a few days since i last posted, i've been really busy getting ready for my trip to Paris, sorting out personal things and i havent been feeling too good the last few days, but i'm back tonight with a post about my Trip To Paris :)

Not all of my newer followers will know but a few months ago i won a competition through Impulse on Facebook. You had to upload a picture of yourself looking 'Glamorous' to promote their 'Into Glamour' body spray. I can't even remember how i found it but it was somehow on my timeline so though 'Why Not?!'. The weekend before was my cousins 18th Birthday party so we all got dressed up really glamourous and really made an effort so i thought i'd upload a picture from that night. So i uploaded the picture and though nothing of it, i've never won anything before in my life so simply assumed i wouldn't win again haha

So, a few days later the competition ended and i got an email through i'd won the competition. Bobbi Brown Shimmer Bricks & 200 Followers :)

Hello My Lovelies,

I know a few posts ago i did a short review on MAC's Soft & Gentle Highlighter and i explained that another favorite of mine was Bobbi Browns Shimmer Bricks. The Shimmer Bricks were my first proper highlighter, when i was getting into makeup properly. I managed to pick it up on a trip at my nearest CCO (Cosmetic Company Outlet) at Bicester Village. It must have been a one off thing because i go to Bicester Village quite often and i have never seen anymore of them in store, it must have been fate haha :)

'Bobbi Brown' Shimmer Bricks - Nude

The great thing about this compact is that it could be used for a numerous of makeup looks. A great thing is you could use each individual strip as an eyeshadow, i've done this before and it looks so classy, simple but very effective.

As you can see their are 5 shades in this palette, they all create a beautiful Nude Shimmer for the cheeks. Swirled together it does resemble MAC's Soft & Gentle because they are both beautiful champagne shades which look stunning on. The first time i used this product i got so many compliments because i had the illusion of amazing cheek bones haha :)

This product is very long wearing, i can wear it for events and nights out and by the end of the night my makeup still looks so pristine and shimmery :)

As you can see from the picture i haven't even made a dent in the product, i have used this soooo many times and i can honestly say it's worth the money because it's going to last me forever haha. Like i said, i did pick this up in a CCO, so i did manage to get it slightly cheaper than in store or online.
I would definitely recommend this products, it's worth the money, will last you a long time and is very long wearing on the skin, sounds pretty perfect to me :)

I am also very excited right now, i just hit 200 Followers :) Thank you so much to everyone who takes the time to read my blog, who writes me comments and is following me, I really do appreciate it. I have always wanted to start a blog and i've really enjoyed getting more into it lately, it's a great way to de-stress and break away from reality for a while haha :) I will be hosting a 'Giveaway' very soon to say thank you so keep a look out for that :)

Hope you enjoyed this post! If you have any questions or requests please do not hesitate to contact me or leave a comment below :)

Chanel Glossimer - #104 Astral

Hello My Lovelies,

Happy Friday everyone, the weekend is finally here. I can honestly say i am exhausted! I've just come in from sunbathing in the garden, never thought i'd be saying that again this year considering Summer is near enough over for us now here in the UK, i wish it was warm all the time, i need to keep my tan up haha :P

So todays post is a short review on one of my Chanel Glossimer Lipglosses in my Collection. It's i shade i picked up when i was over in the US and it's a true Barbie shade which i love, very summery and fun :)

Chanel Glossimer - #104 Astral

I just literally put some on whilst typing this so i could give you a good review ;)

It is a beautiful bubble gum pink shade with small flecks of pink/silver glitter. The glitter is not chunky at all and feels very smooth on the lips and super glitzy. Pink is always a win with me for lips because i feel it can go with near enough everything, it's my favorite shade to wear and i always get compliments.

It is very moisturing which i love, i have had some lipglosses in the past that have been ever so drying on my lips even if i was applying it for the first time, you know what i mean, white marks on the lips, not a good look :( Chanel Lipglosses have never done that to me so definitely a 10/10 for that :)
I do believe this was a Limited Edition shade so you might not be able to pick this up anymore but MAC do so many shades which would be similar if not the same.

I was doing a bit of research on this Lipgloss and apparently it is one of Paris Hiltons favorite, so thats an interesting fact :)

Hope you enjoyed this post :)

If you have any questions or requests please do not hesitate to contact me or leave a comment below :)

MAC Palette #1 & A Sneak Peek Into My Makeup Collection

Hello My Lovelies,

In todays post i will be showing you one of my MAC Palettes and also a sneak peek into my makeup collection. The palette i'm showing you today was my first ever MAC palette which i finished, i have a few others on the go but i'll show you them once they're finished :) The Palette has no structure at the moment, it's just some of my favorite eyeshadows and some i've picked up one the way. I eventually want to have a palette for each colour, for example, a Neutral Palette, a Blue Palette, a Purple/Pink Palette :) i can't wait until i reach my final goal :)

1 - Black Tied
2 - All That Glitters
3 - Naked Lunch
4 - Shroom
5 - Patina
6 - Beauty Marked
7 - Mulch
8 - Trax
9 - Expensive Pink
10 - Sketch
11 - Green Smoke
12 - Club
13 - Sumptuous Olive
14 - Steamy
15 - Coppering

As i am aware all the eyeshadows in this particular palette are in the permanent line at MAC so you can still purchase them today. I was lucky enough to have picked up a few of these from my Local CCO but most were purchased in store at MAC :)

Here is a sneak peek at part of my Makeup Collection, this is one of my train cases which holds mostly MAC products both Limited Edition items and Permanent Line. As you can see some 'Wonder Woman', 'Hello Kitty', 'Venomous Villains' and some 'Liberty Of London' collection items. Also the Limited Edition Viva Glam Gaga (Pink Version) i have 3 spares of them, it is my ultimate favorite lipstick :), i also have two of Viva Glam Gaga (Nude Version) and also two Cindy Laupers. I also managed to get two Nicki Minaj Pink Friday Lipsticks. I also have two Viva Glam Nicki's but they are in another section. When a Limited Edition Collection comes out i tend to go crazy and make sure i get something from it, However, in some cases i find Limited Edition items at my local CCO which is amazing because it's considerably cheaper than in store :D This case also holds some Versace and Bobbi Brown products.

I will be eventually doing a Makeup Collection post and maybe even a Youtube video so keep posted for that. It'll most probably be when i am satisfied with my storage and everything is more organised. So i'll keep you posted on that :)

Hope you liked this post, if you have any questions or requests please do not hesitate to contact me :)

MAC Favorites Edition: Soft & Gentle And Gold Deposit

Hello My Lovelies,

I tried uploading this post before but for some reason everything went weird and apparently the post did not exist :S very confusing, so i deleted it and i'm starting again (fingers crossed) hoping for the best haha

Todays post is another current favorites, i have been loving MAC Soft & Gently and MAC Gold Deposit to help me achieve a summery glow for my face. I purchased both of these together last year after lusting over them for ages. They work perfectly together as a duo, but you do have to be careful with the amount you add. Both items are in the permanent line so you can still purchase them :)

The Mineralized Skin Finish line from MAC never used to appeal to me but now i love it! I'd previously purchased Bobbi Brown's Shimmer Bricks and i adore them so much i decided to try out Soft & Gentle and also decided to purchase Gold Deposit because you can never have too many Highlighers and Bronzers in your makeup collection ;)

Soft & Gentle

Soft & Gentle is a beautiful champagne peachy shade which gives your the perfect amount of highlight on your cheek bones. The great thing about MAC's mineralized range is that you can use them for numerous things. I have used Soft & Gentle as a highlight on my cheekbones, nose and cupids bow, i have also used it as an eyeshadow, as long as you use a good primer first it becomes a beautiful inner corner and brow bone highlight or an all over lid colour. As it's a natural illuminating shade it is perfect for all skin tones.

Gold Deposit

Gold Deposit is a beautiful bronze highlighter which gives the most amazing contoured look for summer. Light i said previously you can also use this shade as an eyeshadow, i tend to use this particular on as my crease colour :) When your in a hurry and it's right in front of you, why not?! haha
It has the smallest flakes of what seems to be gold glitter which isn't to over powering on the face. With both products try not to over do them as a little too much can look a little scary, especially if you've never used it before, they are super duper pigmented, especially Gold Deposit :)

I have used both products on numerous occasions and as you can see in the picture i haven't even made a dent in them yet, which is great considering how much they cost. You know they are definitely worth the money. I would definitely reccommend these to anyone as they are so simple but effective for many makeup looks and they compliment every skin tone :)

Hope you enjoyed this quick post :) if you have any questions or requests please do not hesitate to contact me or leave a comment below :)

Soap & Glory - Pulp Friction

Hello My Lovelies,

I can't believe we're on day 7 of my August uploads, a week has just flown by so quickly, where does the time go? :)

So today i have a Soap & Glory post for you all. I was first introduced to Soap & Glory by a family friend who purchased a set for my birthday last year, it came with 'The Breakfast Scrub', 'Hand Food' and 'Butter Yourself' and i absolutely loved all three of them and have re-purchased them on numerous occasions, i'm really obsessed haha. Christmas came around and their was an offer on Soap & Glory's 'Big Splendour' box and i couldn't miss that opportunity as it was half price!! pretty nifty indeed :) I've had the set since Christmas now and i've had a good 8 months to use all of the items enough to start doing some reviews for you all :)

So todays pick out of the box is...

Pulp Friction
Foamy Fruity Body Scrub

Firstly, i absolutely adore the fun names that Soap & Glory come up with to name their products. Also the packaging is so eye catching, cute and quirky which i love, it's not like anything else on the shelf :)

You get 250ml which lasts you absolutely ages as you only need enough scrub to fill your palm for your whole body. I've just started my 2nd bottle and i have 2 spares so i don't run out :3 I love the way it leaves my skin feeling fresher, smoother and super soft! Also the mouth watering scent of my skin lasts for hours, you can always tell when you've used the scrub because it's luscious scent fills the house, don't know how but it does :P

I would definitely recommend this products and i will be stocking up again as soon as Boots has another 3-for-2 offer going on ;)

I love it so much i just added a Review on the Soap & Glory website :D

Hope you enjoyed this quick post, if you have any questions or requests please do not hesitate to contact me or leave a comment below :)

My Everyday Bronzer & Blusher Combo

Hello My Lovelies,

We are now day 6 into my August daily postings and unlike yesterday i had no trouble coming up with todays post haha I decided to share with you 'My Everyday Bronzer & Blusher Combo' which i have used near enough everyday for about 18 months. Obviously, i do change it up every now and again and when i go out i tend to mix a few different bronzers and blushers for that more night time glamorous look ;)

My everyday go to Bronzer is Benefits 'Hoola' and my go to Blush is Benefits 'Sugarbomb' :) Like i said in a previous post, the day i passed my Driving Theory in 2010 me and my mum went shopping after to celebrate and purchased a load of items, 2 of them being my Hoola Bronzer & Sugarbomb Blush.

As you can see from the picture i have hit pan ALOT but considering i've been using them near enough everyday for about 18 months they are super duper long lasting and definitely value for money.

I had my eye on Hoola for a while and when we went to the Benefit counter i knew that was one of the items i was definitely going to purchase. Then the counter makeup artist offered to do my makeup and used an array of items from 'You Rebel' tinted moisturiser, BadGal Lash in Plum and the Hoola Bronzer & the Sugarbomb blush. At first i had my eye on the 'Coralista Blush' but as soon as she used the Sugarbomb i instantly fell in love. It was a little scary in the box because it has four different shades, a light pink, dark pink, peach & Purpley plum shade but swirled together it creates the most beautiful illuminating blush which really defines your cheek bones.

Hope you enjoyed this short post :) i'd love to know what your favorite bronzers an blushers are!

Current Favorites - YSL Rouge Volupte #7 & #30

Hello My Lovelies,

So, we're into day 5 of my daily August posts and i have to admit i struggled a little bit today about what i should post. So after much deliberation i decided to post my Current Favorite YSL Lipsticks.

The YSL Rouge Volupte Lipsticks come in eighteen different shades and range from pastely pale to beautiful bright shades. The formula is described as "Light and covering, the cream texture becomes fluid on contact wit the lips, for a delightful feeling and an exceptional gliding effect." The packaging is one of the most beautiful i have ever seen in a lipstick, it's very luxurious and eye catching. I love how the shade of the lipstick peeks through on the packaging so you know what shade your picking out. I also love the fact that the packaging itself is almost like a mirror, i tend to use the lid as a mirror when applying this lipstick which is very handy on the go :)

Rouge Volupte #7 - Lingerie Pink

This was one of the first ever YSL Rouge Volupte Lipsticks i purchased and it's still one of my all time favorites. A close family friend was the manager on my local YSL counter and i always loved going in, having my make up done and purchasing something new. She would swatch all of the lipstick colours up her arms so we would find the perfect shades for me :) Lingerie Pink is a beautiful light soft pink shade which i absolutely adore. It's a trusty shade which goes with an array of makeup looks.

Rouge Volupte #30 - Faubourg Peach

If you have read a few of my previous posts you'll know i picked up this particular lipstick in Barcelona Duty Free on my way back from my travels. When i saw it i instantly fell in love with it. It's not a shade i had in my collection previously so i was excited about purchasing it. Faubourg Peach is classed as a peach shade lipstick, however, when applied i find it's a beautiful natural nuded coral shade which i absolutely adore.

Hope you enjoyed this quick post :) if you have any questions or an requests or advice please do not hesitate to contact me or leave a comment below :)

Something About Sofia - Benefit Perfume

Hello my lovelies,

So we're day 4 into my daily August posts and i thought i'd do a kind of review post on Benefits 'Something About Sofia' perfume :) My mum purchased this perfume for me with an array of other Benefit products when i passed my Driving Theory test all the way back in 2010. I've had this perfume quite a while but it's been a little neglected, so i thought i'd whip it out and show you all :D

I'd have to say the main reason we purchased this perfume was because of it's name 'Something About Sofia' thats my name :D well, kind of, except i spell mine 'Sophia'. We instantly saw the name and we were sold, however, we then smelt it just to be on the safe side because sometimes you can't be too sure if it's the type of scent you like. It has a lovely unique oriental scent which fades into your own aromas for a unique scent.

Top Notes: Mango & Freesia
Middle Notes: Sheer Lily, Jasmine Sambac & Peony Petal
Bottom Notes: Musk, White Caramel & Vanilla Bean

'Something About Sofia'

How adorable is this packaging?! :D The perfume has it's own little house and storage box which is unbelievably beautiful and incredibly detailed. It'll look lovely on any dressing table :)

Their is a poem that goes along with this perfume-

A Poem to describe Sofia...

She lives in a dream
more dazzling than fiction

Imaginery yet real
She defies all prediction

An incredible girl
Sofia draws you right in

To Where the everyday ends
And the magic begins...

What we also though was pretty spectacular was that they also had a perfume named after my cousin Carmela and when we saw that we had to purchase that for her as well because its not a name you see everyday, like with my perfume this one is spelt a little differently also.

'So Hooked On Carmella'

I love how most of the items i have purchased have a meaning behind them or some kind of story, i think this makes them more memorable and personal which i love :)

Hope you enjoyed this post :) if you have any questions or any requests please do not hesitate to contact me or leave a comment below :D
