Christmas Gift Guide | Bliss Buttah-Bling! Limited Edition Set

Hello My Lovelies,

I hope you are all doing well and had an amazing weekend! Welcome to #blogmas day 7 and to another instalment to my 2014 Christmas Gift Guide. I wanted to start off by saying a huge thank you to everyone who has been taking the time to read through my daily postings and for all of the lovely comments - it really means a lot! Bliss was a completely new brand that was introduced to me a few weeks ago and I was completely impressed with the overall quality that I couldn't not share it with you all. How gorgeous is this Bliss Buttah-bling! packaging?!  I mean look at those jewels. I am a sucker for pretty packaging and I have to say this one gets top marks.

The Bliss Buttah-Bling! is part of the 2014 Bliss holiday collection - which I must say is a gorgeous selection of luxury body products. The collection itself is a perfectly curated collection of their precious, award-winning 'gems' presented in shimmering, ready-to-gift-toned boxes to make holiday gifting truly blissful. What more could you want?! Bliss is all about making serious skincare simple and through their cult-favoiurite products packs with effective ingredients. Bliss was born in 1996 with a single spa in New York City, and ignited a spa revolution by combining super-effective services with a fun, "no-attitude' atmosphere. Their bliss spa treatments became so sought-after that they decided to create a line of bliss products for bath and body so their grooming groupies could spa-at-home.

The Bliss Buttah-Bling! set is a spa-powered trio of fabulously fragranced body butters. Simply slather on these nourishing signature moisturisers to leave parched skin soft and butter-ly touchable. Even though they are body creams you can definitely use them for a hand cream purpose on the go - however I think the large tube packaging wouldn't be handbag friendly.  The great thing about this set is that you are receiving three different scents so you have the opportunity to try each of them out and discover some new favourites. The first body butter is Bliss Lemon + Sage which is marvellously moisturising and is their famous fresh-citrus scented body butter. The second body butter is Grapefruit + Aloe which is boasting the same formula used in their spa's famous massage. This body butter features sodium hyaluronate for a long-lasting hydration and the invigorating scent of fresh aloe and sun kissed grapefruit. Finally, the third body butter is Blood Orange + White Pepper which is such a unique scent and is their winning fragrance in their 2008 'eau'-lection with 40,000 votes. This energising citrus scent blends bright blood orange and spicy white pepper top notes with nuances of coriander and white musk. I have to say they all smell absolutely delicious, however they are nothing over empowering that might make you feel squeezy. I think it is great when you have products like that because then you still have the option to layer on your chosen fragrance later on.

You are receiving three full sized 200ml body butters and I have to say the actual sizes of the tubes are humongous! You are literally getting so much product so I am more than sure these will last you such a long time. I think everyone loves receiving a gift set filled with products that they are going use and enjoy - plus, lets face it we are all bound to receive a set like this around Christmas time. They are the perfect pampering treat throughout the party season. I think gift sets like these are such a great idea and it is a great way to discover new brands and products. For £42 it is definitely more on the pricey side, however, you are getting a great valued set full of high quality products that seem worth the splurge - plus you have the option to break up the products and create three different gifts or stocking fillers (shhhhh). It wouldn't be something I would purchase every single month due to the price, however, for that extra TLC every now and again definitely.

Overall, I am completely impressed with this gift set and I would be over the moon if this landed under my Christmas tree. If you would like to give this a try or anything else from the Bliss line you can do so by checking out their website here or by checking out the Sephora website here. Like always lovelies, if you have any questions, requests or if you just want a chat you can contact me on my social media or leave me a comment below. I love hearing from you all and I make sure to read every single comment…they really make my day!

Lots of Love
